Huaxia dredge pump systems are always highly efficient, even after extensive use. Due to their excellent, stable suction performance, long wear life and a minimum of maintenance, the systems are able to handle bigger volumes in less time and at a lower cost. The pumps are optimised by CFD (computer fluid dynamics) to get the highest pump efficiency at maximum sphere clearances over a wide range. The pumps are also designed to get an even wear with minimal wear rates.

 

Huaxia dredge pumps are available in a complete range of pumps, single-walled, high pressure and double-walled. The bearing blocks of the standard pumps are of a very strong rugged design, resulting in a long lifetime. Optionally, the pumps may be delivered with an integrated gearbox, a combination of a bearing block, pedestal and reduction gears.

 

The wet parts of the Huaxia dredge pumps are made of extremely hard and wear-resistant materials. This improves both the life-time and maintenance intervals, which entails an ongoing high performance. The impellers of our dredge pumps are designed to maintain a high performance, even when used extensively.
